The TA is high, but if you don't have high calcium levels or a SWCG, and if your pH is stable (yours is at the upper end of the "normal" range) then I wouldn't worry too much about it for now. If you have high calcium levels, then the higher TA can cause milky water problems when the calcium precipitates out of it, and if you have a SWCG, it can contribute to scaling, but if you have neither of those then it shouldn't affect your water that much, other than making your pH harder to adjust.

If you just want to bring it down, the steps are outlined here http://www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthread.php?t=191.

However, if you've not had problems all summer, and are closing it down soon, I think I would just leave it and adjust it next year when you open.

I would agree with Jan. By the time you open in the spring things could have changed a great deal and it won't affect algae growth over the winter anyway.

Normally, we MIGHT (emphasis on "might") worry about scaling but your winterization will have the water away from any metal so that won't be a problem either. Save the acid and effort for the spring. Besides, being a little high on the pH at closing isn't a bad thing as acid rain tends to lower pH over the winter anyway.
