I always calculation volume by water depth, not pool height. I figure a 52" high pool is actually 4'.

Thanks Waterbear! When you say add the granules over the next few weeks, WOW, any idea how much per day and do I put anything else in the water after filling it up? I guess I have to initially see what my numbers are?

As I said in an earlier post, 1 tablespoon of dichlor will raise your FC about 1 ppm . It's not exact but it's close enough. You want to test your water and make sure the FC is about 3 ppm until you have used all the dichlor. Then you want to use bleach to maintain a 3-5 ppm FC level every day.
