What type of skimmer weir door / flap do I need?

I can't get the skimmer weir door to stay, every time someone jumps in the pool making waves the door comes undone and floats out in the pool. I'm using the generic spring loaded weir door. I even tried drilling a small imdention on the sides to keep it locked in with no luck.
