Fiberglass track "receiver bead" coming loose from the pool wall

I'm having problems with my vinyl liner pool coming loose from the track. upon inspection I'm finding that the track itself is coming loose from the wall of the pool. The track is a fiberglass strip, about 1.5 inches wide maybe and sit in a recessed area at the top of the pool wall. It appears that it was attached with some sort of glue or epoxy becuase I can't find any fasteners.

Does anyone know how to best repair or replace this type of track system?
