Re: intial chlorine use in baquapure filtration system
yep, sure do! 2 speed pump, everything is blue. About the "screen thing".....we are supposed to remove the grid at the bottom of the feeder, right? What about the little white tube taht is on the right hand side? I tried to move it tonight, but it would not budge! Should I just remove the grid? It has little legs that fit down into the bottom of the feeder. Am i way off base here? LOVE to figure this thing out, but the darned equipment came with NO user's instructions......rec warehouse virginia beach, va....24 ft ag round. How about yours? Bet your water is warmer than mine...you lucky Floridian!!! LOL!
Re: intial chlorine use in baquapure filtration system
Yes I remember removing that grid. It's dark here so I'll go look at mine tomorrow. I can't remember that white tube you mentioned. It is hot here. In the 80's. My pool is 52" by 33'. It's great to swim in but is alot to keep clean and can be a chore covering. I know I haven't spent near as much as some I know, because I have learnt so much on this site about the BBB method. My next goal is to have a deck built. Sharon
Re: intial chlorine use in baquapure filtration system
Sharon: You will NOT be sorry about the deck! My husband built our deck around the swimming pool so the pool has an inground look. To the right of that, he built a super structurally heavy duty deck (attached to the original deck) that holds our spa. It looks great! I wish we could have gotten a bigger pool, but we also installed that ourselves, so i was glad it was not any bigger at that time!!! LOL! We have really enjoyed our little backyard "oasis".
My goal is to someday have a sunroom with and indoor lap pool or swim spa, and a large inground swimming pool outside. Anyone have about a million dollars they're not using??? :D

Just be careful to keep a good eye on your CYA levels--if it's wide open it won't take very long for them to climb...
