Confer 7200 Roll Guard AG Ladder?

Thanks for reading. I'm looking at this pool ladder, but from specs/pics online, cannot tell if each side is indepentently adjustable. Our pool floor is lower than the ground outside (brick patio so can't easily dig down). I want to make sure before buying that it can be adjusted so that it doesn't lean to where the top platform is not level.

Also any comments about this ladder if you own one would be appreciated.
