i have a 27000 gallon gunite pool with a buildup have used scaletec and beautec with no results called the place that made the chemicals they think it is a silicate scales from the well water does anyon know of a chemical to remove this from my pool

Usually an acid-based chemical is used to clean scale. Vitamin C is usually mentioned because it's very acidic but won't do any damage. There are also special scale brushes for hard surface pools--wire brushes, but you cannot use them on vinyl or fiberglass.
