Which controller to get?

I have an inground 40K gallon pool that currently has the aqua logic controller and salt cel. It is the most basic controller I am sure as it only has a slide switch that has off, on and super chorinate.

Anyway I am looking for something that has freeze protection and sinse I will need a new controller I would like to get other things too. Bellow is a list of what I would like it to do.

-turn on main pump when it is below freezing
-be able to program filter cycle turning pump on and off
-be able to program the pump that controlls the polaris vac
-control a heater (I don't currently have one but may add later)

That's about it. I don't need a remote control or anything just something I can program and leave alone. Also my current unit is about 5 years old so should I get a new cel while I am at it? What is the best/cheapest option for what I am looking for and where is a cheap place to buy it?
