Need help/advice complete pool renovation Central Florida

:eek: I have lived in Central Florida all my life, but this is my first home with a pool. We bought a distress home that needs a total pool overhaul: resurface w/pavers and retile, new deck, change to saltwater, heat pump, add swim-ups, add screen enclosure and whatever else is needed.
I find my head spinning with the different quotes, in particular screen enclosure costs. My quotes from companies that strictly only do screening are almost twice the cost from companies that do everything. Should I be concerned with the turn-key companies enclosure cost vs. end result quality?

Also, in trying to find ratings of different companies in our area (North Orlando), I find it impossible. I would really like to have some feedback when deciding on who to contract with. We just signed a contract last week on the home we are selling, so I would like to decide here soon on our renovation choice so that we can begin asap after closing.

Please, please can anyone offer advice and/or referrals!!!!
