Installing anchors for winter cover ?

I just ordered a winter cover that has brass anchors that get installed into the concrete decking around the pool. Can anyone who has done this give me some advice on how it should be done, what problems I might run into and any other tips or tricks before I start.

1. Measure it out ahead of any drilling.
Lay out the cover without drilling anything yet and start with the length-wise center strap for placement.
Then figure out the width-wise center strap, work around from there where you will want every hole.
Use a chalk line or measure every hole from the pool edge.
Your cover should come with good instructions.

2. Rent a hammer drill. Get earplugs :) Expect to feel it the next day.
Really its not so bad.
