Tape seam stains in liner?

Hello...
I am a recent inground pool owner...pool has been installed for about 8 weeks now...I have a solid black liner. My pool installer put foam all over the pool floor, and duck taped the seams. This morning while cleaning the pool, I noticed that each tape seam is plainly visible on the liner...it looks like it is faded slightly werever a peice of tape is. These stains are exactly the width of the duct tape (about 2"), and are EVERYWHERE...it's almost like the tape is bleeding through the liner.This pool is driving me nuts....Please HELP!!! Anyone ever seen anything like this? Thanks in advance...

I would contact the builder of the pool and ask him what he thinks happened:confused: I never heard of this before.
