Is there a decent pressure gauge that works well, doesn't get foggy and costs more than $6?? I'm not looking to spend extra cash but every year I replace these da@#ed things.

I've been thinking about the same thing myself. It seems like the ones I get at the pool store are junk - the screws on the one I bought midway thru last year are already rusted. I was looking at:

I wouldn't mind spending $30 if it would last...
This gauge looks like it should withstand the pool environment. The internals are 316 stainless and the externals are 304 stainless. I would suggest you get the 60 psi model (or maybe even the 30 psi if your system runs lower pressures).
