PVC repair adapters?
Has anyone heard of a PVC adapter that you could install inside of an existing pipe to repair it? For example, say I had a run of 2" PVC coming out of a cement pad. say it was cut off flush with the cement pad so none was stick above it. Is there an adapter that you could cement into the inner diameter of the pipe to extend it back up and give you a section that you could use again?

Yes, there is such a thing. It should be available at any "big box" hardware store. Tell them you need a "male" splice coupler.

I will check with them again. Last time I ask, they pointed me to the M/M coupler that goes on the outside of the pipe.

Check this link for an Inside Pipe Coupling/Connector. Comes in 1", 1.5" and 2". This site also has a number of other unusual PVC fittings.

Kieth, what you want is a 'pipe extender' this post talks about them (the rest of the thread talks about making your own).
