I know I should be happy with 72 in April in NW PA, but my goodness, I really really want to be swimming.
Y'all should post currnent pics of your (southern, for the most part) pools so I can live vicariously through you.

I disconnected my solar panels yesterday because the water was at 85 degrees. :D

:pThere needs to be a button to subtract from people's reputation for bragging about having warm water when others don't. Kind of a forum smackdown.:)
Water was 87 here in SE Louisiana yesterday.

I checked our 26K gallon pool last night and were at 88 degrees and climbing here in south central Texas. Helps when your having a few days of 95 plus degree heat. Rest of the week is supposed to be in the mid 80's thank goodness.
Baaahahahaha! :D You won't be that envious when I'm fighting mustard in the late summer, and the pool feels like bathwater, yuk! ;)Quote:

It's all in what you're used to. I've lived in northern ohio my whole life. I absolutely love a pool that stays in the 70's. A pool SHOULD cool you off; not be bath water. There's nothing like going to bed after a late night swim when it's been humid as heck in a 72 or 73 degree pool....I can feel it now!;)
