Will Polaris 380 Cause Excessive wear to Liner Installed on Rough PoolKrete Bottom?

My new poolkrete bottom leaves a lot to be desired. It is rough in several places, with dips and high places, and places that feel like texture walls or ceilings. I have pushed a lot of the rough edges down and smooth them out, but some of them will not smooth out. In other places, the liner is like a slip and slide because the poolkrete is so smooth. I am worried about excessive wear from vacumning and foot traffic on the rough spots. Will my liner wear quicker in the rough places, due to the regular vacumning, sweeping motions over it? What about foot traffic? Thanks for responses.
