cloudy water Desperate party tomorrow!!

Him my inground pool 70,000 litres is slighly cloudy. I had put 3 cups of granular chlorine in this morning, and 10 litres of bleach before taking a water sample in.

How much chlorine, bleach, do I have to add to go to shock levels? The pool was cloudy a few days ago, and I put bleach in right away. I didnt know if I added enough of it then. I put some algaside in that I purchased from Wal Mart, I litre of it. I have brushed the pool and pushed stuff to the bottom. It is not much stuff, but I dont want this to get away from me. ANy help would be appreciated..........I was to have a childrens pool party tomorrow.
