Pool fountains for in-floor cleaning pools?

I'm interested in adding a floating fountain to our pool -- it might provide some cooling for the very hot water we get, but I also like the look a lot (and with our rainy season we don't need to worry about water).

On just about every site I read it sounds like these attach to the "normal" pool returns but we have an in-floor cleaning system and I'm somewhat skeptical I can use them. Now, the spa *does* have four inlets that operate when the pump is on, but not a lot of water goes through there (due to the way it's set up most of the pressure goes to the in-floor cleaning system and some small amount is diverted to the spa and it spills over into the pool). Am I right in assuming I don't have what it takes to *easily* attach a fountain to my pool (one that I can easily remove as well)?
