New here...Question about builder

New here but not new to pools or chemistry or BBB, etc. We are about to build our dream pool but I have seen a few snide comments while searching on here about Blue Haven Pools. What's the deal? We live in NWFL and they are THE ONLY gunite guys that have responded ON TIME and come close to budget, leaving room for landscaping. Are we missing something? These other people miss appointments, don't send quotes, don't call back, etc. I want to know we are getting a good deal, but also getting a good company to build a fabulous pool.
