In need of what pump to buy

I have a Swim Pro SW256t sand filter, I was given a Hayward Power Flo LX 1580 a couple of years ago. The bearings in the motor are going out, and the impeller on the pump broke off of the shaft just before we closed the pool for the season.So I need to buy a new pump, I would like to get the Hayward pump that was meant to be with my filter. I have had no luck finding this info out,so any help would be helpful. The filter has filtration rate 25 GPM Filtration & Backwash design flow rate 80 GPM Maximum Working Pressure 50 PSI .
