We recently moved into a house with AG pool that is buried in the ground. After moving in my pool guy husband and I found several leaks. The major one is in the light. The repair guy said we need to drain the pool below the light so he can fix it. Is it crazy for me to ask the landlord to help pay the water bill once we refill the pool? I heard of some crediting the tenants rent but I'm not sure.....
