Jandy SWG problem?

Hi everyone I have a brand new Jandy 700 that will not produce chlorine. My water parameters are great and I have a aquarite system from my prior pool that when I hook up works great . The Customer service and people at jandy are useless . I have had proffesionals out to check the unit and they said that the Jandy product is just inferior to the other brands. Is this true are the Jandy swg that bad? is anyone here having any sucsees with either the 700 or 1400 model? Thanks everyone Great forum Here. ;) ;) J

I've got a 1400 working just fine the last 9 months since install. I've got it set to 65% right now for an 18,000 gallon concrete pool. Pool water is 90 and CYA is 50ish. It keeps chlorine between 3-5+ depending on if I test while the cell is on or not. No problems whatsoever. Could be a bad flow sensor...
