We have never had this problem. We recently got a new Hayward pump. We replaced the wall hook-up as the other one broke. We are now having our pool drained every day, down below the tile line. I figured out and could feel the water being suctioned into the wall where the Polaris hook-up is. Has anybody had this problem? What do I need to look for. This a new one to me. Appreciate any advice. Another thing, where is that water going?
