Electrical for new Pool

I am having a pool installed and completed in the next few weeks. I have two 1 hp motors to wire up and a 12v light that just plugs into a receptacle. 1 motor is for my pool filter. The other motor is for a waterfall. My filter and motors are about 100' from my 100 amp main panel. I know that I must dig a trench at least 18" deep from the main panel to the two motors. I purchased an Intermatic 60amp control panel with a 120v timer and room for 2 GFCI breakers and 4 standard breakers. I am doing the electrical myself as I did for my 240v spa. I live in So. California. I will need switches to turn on my waterfall, pool motor and light.

This is what I am thinking currently. Tap off of my main panel with a 60amp breaker to my intermatic control panel. (approximately 100' away using 6-4 thnn wire) Install a 15 amp gfci breaker for my pool motor and another 15 amp gfci breaker for my waterfall. Install a standard 15 amp breaker in one of the 4 slots in the control panel for the low voltage pool light that just plugs into a 110vac receptacle. I will put a on/off switch for the pool motor on the side of the Intermatic timer that has a punch out that looks to be for an outlet or switch. run 2 other switches about 10' away for the waterfall and light on the inside of my fence. My motors have a standard 3 prong outlet on the end of them. I know that I must have some type of connection there to be code compliant, but not sure what that is.

A few questions that come to mind are:

What type of connections do I need to get the 3 prong plugs on my pool motor to tie into the GFCI breakers inside my control panel? Need to convert the 3 prong plugs to wire via a seal tight connection possibly?

Is there a better way of wiring up my pool?
