New User: Question about my pump setup

So my pool is quite dirty so we had a pool guy come give us an estimate on how much it would cost to clean the pool.
While inspecting our pump, he said that the guy who had installed it, did it wrong.
Now we have only had the pump for about 2 years, so we were going to have Leslie's come check it out and verify, but if they find that it actually is installed properly, they're going to charge us for coming out.
So I was wondering if y'all could help me out and see if this is properly installed.
