I have a hayward CE 75 de filter with filter fingers.. I've replaced the diaphram, top plate and few suspect fingers so far. When I put it back together the pressure both intake and return are great. As I vac up dirt from bottom of pool the pressure doesn't build up in the filter as it should. Water is cloudy and I'm assuming earth and dirt are being returned to the pool.. what am I missing?
