Hayward EcoStar with Intermatic Valve Controller

Hello I just purchased and installed the Hayward SP3400VSP EcoStar and I have an existing Intermatic P4043ME Valve Controller as well as a Intermatic RC2000 SERIES FOUR FUNCTION AIR SWITCH WITH TIMER. I'm going to use the relay function in the EcoStar to work with my current valve controller and air pressure switch. I have an extra valve actuator controller function in the Intermatic P4043ME. I'd like to be able to control the speed of the pump using the 24vac from the extra valve controller to turn my pump on full speed while I use the spa but the wiring diagram is confusion and I'm not sure which of the 3 wires I need to use. Has anyone done this? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
