Need serious help-

I have a 22' round 54" deep Intex AG pool. I was gone for 2 weeks & came home to a green pool! I used 1 gal 6% bleach & nothing...waited 2-3 days & added 1 more gal of 8% bleach...nothing. Waited 3 days & put 1 bag (powder) Shock in it! It was clearing up good next day- i could see around inside perimeter of pool where shock hit floor (it was blue & clear) but the middle of pool was brown (floor area) made it look nasty! I cleaned filter & kicked up crap on bottom of floor hoping filter would clean it. I had filter on for 12 hrs & it looks worse today! Looks like crap is completly covering bottom now... Help! Ive never tested my pool- just shock every week or two & have never had a problem! Im recently single & have $20 to try to clear it up... Where do i start?
