How long the water stays clear, when 10% used everyweek & new water added

I live on a hillside property in Arizona. I have a well with 100+ trees in Arizona. I am always afraid, if my well fails & not have water for trees. So I have made a 10k Gal swimming hole. Would anyone be able to tell me if can maintain a semi clear pool of water, if I keep using a 1000 gallon per week & replace the water with fresh new water. Also if need to be, I can always use all the water to drain the pool completely. thanks for feedback.
