Hi. We have a 13,600 gal 24' round above ground pool. I've taken a couple of water samples to the pool store and they've had us shock the pool with a crazy amount of shock and add a pH reducer. The water is still the same; no change over two weeks.
CYA - 0
pH - 7.5
Alkalinity - 117
Hardness - 208
Temp - 70
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
