first time pool owner... cloudy water and no chlorine

Ok guys so this thread has helped me alot... We bought a house that had an
Intex 22x 52 above ground pool well when i removed the cover it was a dark green so I went and bought hth super shock and put in 4 bags, the water turned blue but cloudy at this time i was using the original pump for the pool, the next day added algae killer and then floc the next and vacuumed the pool the next day. I then used ph down to adjust ph and it bought it way down but i got that level back up and actually raised it too high. So I broke down today and took a sample to the pool store because i was using the sticks to test the water and I heard they aren't accurate so my levels are as follows
