Since this last May when we had all the rain in DFW, our vinyl loner has been pulling away from the walls and bottom of the pool. My husband is eventually able to get it back down using an industrial broom or our pool vacuum, (vacuum isn't turned on when he is doing this). However, every time it rains now this happens. Is there something we can do to get this to,stop?
