Pool Surface Cleaner Suggestions

I have several trees and plants in my backyard that are always dropping leaves into the pool. Getting tired of having to constantly skim with the net.

Are there any suggestions on a cleaner that skims the pool automatically?

I have an oval, in-ground pool. One speed, one horsepower pump and a cartridge filter.
