New to site building my own 37K gallon pool

New to this site, recently started process to build my own pool using BYOP for design engineering, etc.
Pool to be 37K gal, free form, Large rock waterfall/slide, 8x9 spa, sunken gazebo with BBQ, keg, sink, TV's, stereo, Projector screen for movie night, firepit, torches, etc.
In process of getting bids from sub contractors and final engineering almost done and ready for permitting.
No questions at this time, though I am sure they will come up. currently reading posts and learning as much as I can before finalizing all of my plan and breaking ground.

Hope to break ground within one to two months. Want to be complete by Feb.
