Safe to swim while an Intex pool is filling?

We are following the BBB method on our 18x48. We are half full and my daughter wants to swim. I only have the dreaded the guess strips at this point. Pool has the 4 cups of bleach last night and had two doses this morning. Reading on strips shows very low hardness, light okay for chlorine, okay for free chlorine, PH was low about 6.8?, total alk very low, no stablizer added yet (but we have some).

Since it's new fill i was thinking she could swim and then add a dose or two of bleach and maybe start the borax after rather than waiting until full?

Any advice is much appreciated!
