Blue Heaven Smart control box

I have a Blue Heaven smart #5246(jandy cirtcuit JI500) control box that control my Aqua rite salt generator, smart pure oxidizer and two 2speed pump. It went dead on me. it not sending any power to the rest of the equipments.


Things that I have done and checked: pump tested and it's working; no power to pump; fuse on the Jandy cir(JI 500) board was burned, replace the 3A fuse and it burned right away, replaced it with a 5A fuse and nothing happen but no power to the pump; new problem found.. transformer that convert the 110 voltage to dc power to the control box might have burned; the fuse in the transformer looks intact; tested current and the fuse is out; cross jumped the fuse in the transformer to give dc power back to the control circuit... AND NOW I'M BACK TO SQUARE ONE.. 3A FUSE BURNED and burned again it also tripped off the fuse circuit in the house.

My questions are: how do I test the circuit board and the transformer; if both of those are not working.. am I better of to replace the whole control box or get the upgrade box(10yrs old box now)? What is the best control box that I can upgrade to?
