Okay, not sure how things work here yet, but we need to have our concrete pool painted and finding professionals to do so in our small NE PA area is difficult. Finally got our first quote and am wondering if it's fair? Also, wondering (due to the quote) how feasible this would be as a DIY project for non-DIY folks?
I have other questions depending on the answers to the above and will greatly appreciate any input as our local resources are slim.
