Zodiac LM3 24--8 years old w/ 2 year old cell

Started up pool for season and the LM3 failed me--no flow light, single amber light. Long story short--used Zodiac's trouble shooting guide and did the following:
-replaced cell (didn't work), ensured once again that water was balanced and had correct ppm level of salt
-Ordered and installed main board and communications board (under the push buttons)
IT WORKED
Oh, wow--did the happy dance. Checked to ensure all buttons communicated-great effervesce in the tube. Came back an hour later to be happy again.
NOTHING. DEAD. I can't find the fuse on its board. What else? I am not an electrician. Just a pool owner who has done her own work because I get frustrated with pool companies.
