Opening pool using BBB method

Hi, I am new to this method and would like to know how to get started using this method?
We have a 27 round above ground pool, vinyl liner, 16,890gal. I tested the water this morning and these are my readings.
FC- 4.0
PH-7.2
TA-110
CA-30
Tempeture-75
I also am using the Leslie's complete (FAS-DPD) Chlorine service kit. I have been trying to read on how to go about starting this method and realized I needed to become a member to go any further and would appreciate any help.
