Intex metal frame 12'x30" pool setup suggestions/comments?

We are trying to figure out a good setup for our first above ground pool setup. The link below (if it works) is what we have come up with after doing some mild research and reading Amazon reviews.

We will be putting this on concrete patio.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions/comments if anyone has any experiences that may change my mind about something in the list or maybe add a few more items.
