I can't get in anywhere, including updating my pool and other info. Help!

I signed up last week, and can't seem to navigate anywhere. I keep getting a "You don't have permission..." Message. I just built a 16x36 vinyl pool with a hot tub, salt system, and a waterfall planned. I bought the K2006C and am reading up. I just used clorox to get the green out, borax to raise the Ph, and baking soda to raise the alkalinity. I used some stabilizer to bring up the cya level. It all turned green! I hit it with more Clorox to bring it back down. The ota shows the chlorine off the chart now. Any help is appreciated. I'm trying to listen to you guys!
