Pool remodel

I'm in Katy, TX and looking for someone to remodel my 28K gal free form pool. I need coping, tile plaster and equipment. I have 2 bids so far, one from a large (local to TX company) and the other from a smaller local company. Both companies are accredited with bbb and recommended by home adviser but I can't find any customer reviews on either. A lot of companies declined to bid because they are too busy. The 2 bids I have are from TexSun pools and Mellinium pools. TexSun had the highest bid and it looks like they are jacking up the equipment prices quite a bit. The labor costs weren't separated on the bid so I'm not sure how they compare to Mellinium. the bid from Mellinium was much more reasonable, I just wish I could find out more about their work. Any recommendations or referrals would be greatly appreciated.
