Beginning Above Ground Pool Research

Hello, This is my first post as I have begun the quest of getting quotes for a 24 to 27 round above ground pool. Visited Scioto Valley Pools today, and was introduced to the ecco premier mineral water system. I gather there is benefits to a 2hp, but not sure about the mineral system. Looking at the Wilbar Reprieve model currently. Not sure how important resin components are? Any advise on pool shopping and equipment and install would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
