I have a Little Giant blue pump that sits on my winter safety cover. It needs to be adjusted or pulled every day or so during rain in order to make it work. Very minimal leaves and debris as we have no trees in our back yard. Is this normal or do I need a new pump? If I need a new pump, what do you suggest?
