Has anyone put in an AG pool with a PoolCrete bottom?

I would like to know if anyone out there has put a PoolCrete bottom on a new or existing AG pool. My pool is a 21 X 43 foot oval and the installer did a poor job of packing the sand base so the bottom and side cove is VERY bumpy which makes for cleaning problems. I would like to have the liner (4 yrs old) removed and either pack the sand better AND put foam coves and a bottom pad OR put down PoolCrete and then put the liner back or a new liner if needed. Would like some input on preferences.
