Cracks in Krystalkrete finish

Our salt system pool was installed last October (2013). About 3-4 months ago we started noticing some small cracks in the Krystalkrete finish. The cracks look like little 3 to 4 inch long worms. I thought at first it was cracks in the pool but when I put on a mask and dove down and inspected it is cracks in the finish. The pool company said it was calcium in the water. But the Krystalkrete brochure says it resists harsh pool chemicals and has excellent weathering. Also the finish color has faded from a medium blue to streaks throughout and looks really bad. Has anyone else had this problem with their pool finish? Is it just a bad spray job by the pool company? They are coming tomorrow to look at it and I need to know how to address this.
