Pool Location

Need help on deciding where to place new pool. Let me lay out what my property looks like. I own 8 acres but the pool will be close enought to the house. Our house faces west with a driveway approx 200' long running South to North. At the end of the drive is an oval where I wanted to place the pool. There are trees on the West side so there may be some shade in the evening. Our driveway is sand so dust is a problem. My wife wanted to put the pool closer to the house in the southwest corner but to put it there we will have to put it farther out due to lateral lines from our septic being buried there. I don't want to put it directly under trees but wouldn't mind partial shade as it is going to get to be 106 degrees here this week. The east side or rear of the house doesnt have enough room due to wet weather creekbed. The north side of the house will be added onto sometime in the next couple of years so I dont want to put it there(even if I planned it to fit into the deck that will be attached to the house I don't want my kids 8, 6 and 1 having that kind of access). The two choices are about the only comfortable ones and though the pool will be in the sun most of the day and I will probably own a very large hottub. Just wondering what you folks who already have a pool think as it isn't easy nor cost effective to move it.
