Hi - I made the post, "Alkalinity Zero" and replied to it as suggested. Would you please re-score my registration and move that post into the correct category. I don't remember if I added my personal info in the registration process and I can't seem to find where to add it now in my account settings. If I need to do that, I will. Thank you for your help!
I'm sorry you are still waiting in the newbie section. Hopefully, Ben will have time soon to clear out some of these new threads that are stacking up. I know it is frustrating for you but, in the end, it will be worth the wait. This forum is great!
If you do have further questions, feel free to ask them in this newbie section. Also, just to let you know, the people who are likely to answer your questions if your post was in the correct section are the moderators or support team people and they all have the ability to see posts in this section. So, don't fret about it not being in the correct place yet! ;)
