Confused With TightWatt2 Wiring

Hi, I've just bought a Pentair 2 speed 115v pump and I'm trying to wire it to a first edition TightWatt2 controller. The pump has 3 terminals - common, high and low. The controller also has 3 terminals - Load1, high and low. My confusion is because on the controller, load1 is connected to the hot line and high and low are connected to the neutral. I'm assuming that on the pump, "common" refers to neutral?

TightWatt appears to be out of business and none of the sample wiring diagrams on their website applies to 115v 2 speed pumps.
