Great cell Poor Warranty from CompuPool
I filed a claim on my pool cell and it was approved. I have been very happy with everything from Compu Pool until now. On April 23 2014 the clam was approved. Its now June 10 2014. This is entirely unacceptable. Compu Pool has given too good of service to fail on the warrantee process. It would have been worth the extra money to buy an OEM cell.

I'm not clear on what you are trying to say -- did they approve the claim and not ship the replacement?

I wasn't aware that Compu Pool made replacement cells for other company's SWCG units. What unit did you have originally.
Also, I should note that, while taking 1.5 months to ship a warranty replacement is not good service from any company, that MOST pool product manufacturers show deteriorating customer service during the peak period of April 1 through July 5 . It's not clear how they can avoid that, being in a seasonal business.
