Can I use Chlorine Bleach in my pressure washer to clean my wood deck which is attached to the pool without ruining the vinyl liner?
Probably.
But the sensitivity of the print on the vinyl varies from liner to liner even among lingers from a single company. I'd recommend soaking synthetic sponge in bleach, and then rubbing it against a small inconspicuous area of the liner to test. Better safe, than sorry!

You might want to dilute the bleach a little as well. Straight bleach can be hard on the rubbers in the pressure washer's intake system. No liner, but I use diluted bleach to pressure wash my pool decking. It's a good option because you don't have to worry about contaminating the pool with whatever other cleaning product you might have used.
